Agenda & Minutes
Agendas are prepared for all Council and Committee/Commission meetings and are posted at least 24 hours before the time of the meeting. The agenda are also available on this website and at the Municipal office.
- Regular Council meetings are held on the second and fourth Monday of the month at 7:00 p.m., except on holidays when they are held on the immediately following Tuesday
- Committee of the Whole meetings may be held on the first and third Monday of the month at 7:00 p.m., except on holidays
It is the responsibility of the Corporate Services department to ensure that accurate minutes of all meetings of Council and Council committees/commissions are prepared -- and that access to these minutes is provided.
Minutes of all District of Sooke meetings are available on this website and at the Municipal office. Please note that minutes are not available until they are adopted by the Council or Committee/Commission.
