Community Grant
Do you have a new project in mind that would improve or promote Sports, Recreation, Culture, Fine Arts, Heritage, Beautification, public safety or community welfare in Sooke? Would you like to get help funding your project?
The newly formed Community Grant Review Committee is searching for groups to put forth proposals for local projects. These projects must be proposed by local non-profit organizations or neighbourhood groups. If you have a project that you would like to pursue, please obtain an application form, along with the rules for eligibility, application procedures and conditions of funding, on this website or at the municipal offices at 2205 Otter Point Road.
All projects must be completed one year following receipt of the grant. Deadline for submission of applications is April 30th of each year. Please note that this grant program is now being funded ONCE annually.
