District of Sooke Supports “Code 3 Santa” Community Fundraiser

The District of Sooke is pleased to highlight and support Code 3 Santa, an annual community fundraiser hosted by the Sooke Fire Fighters in support of the Sooke Food Bank and the Sooke Christmas Bureau. This festive event returns on November 29 and 30 from 11:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at Sooke Fire Hall #1 (2225 Otter Point Road). 

Families are invited to have their photo taken with Santa Claus in a beautifully decorated, vintage 1942 fire truck. A professional photographer will be onsite to capture high-quality digital images for participants. 

In addition to photos with Santa, visitors can enjoy hot chocolate, hot dogs, and cookie decorating, making this a fun and festive outing for all ages. 

Residents are encouraged to reserve a time slot in advance, as this popular event regularly sells out.

“This event is a wonderful example of the community spirit we see in Sooke year after year,” says Raechel Gray, District of Sooke Chief Administrative Officer. “We’re grateful to our Fire Fighters for hosting this fundraiser and to residents for their ongoing generosity and support.”

The District thanks residents for helping make the season brighter for local families and looks forward to seeing the community come together at Sooke Fire Hall #1 on November 29 and 30.
