The District of Sooke (the “District”) is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that personal information is collected, used, and disclosed in accordance with the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIPPA) of British Columbia.

If you send us an email message or fill out an electronic form with a question or comment that contains personally identifying information, we will only use the personally identifiable information to respond to your request and analyze trends. We may redirect your message to another government agency or person, who is in a better position to answer your question.
We collect some information that may be used for analysis and statistical purposes that help us manage the sooke.ca web site.
