Residents are invited to attend a public information meeting regarding a proposed West Coast Road Town Centre development in Sooke.

Royop Development Corporation has initiated the planning process for a rezoning application affecting several properties along West Coast Road and Eustace Road. The proposal is in the early stages and envisions a mixed-use, master-planned development that may include commercial, retail, and residential uses.

The meeting is an opportunity for community members to:
