Back to School: School District 62 Website and App Updates

As students and families prepare for the return to school next week, the District of Sooke is sharing an update from Sooke School District 62 regarding changes to school websites and mobile apps:

As our school websites transition to a new provider, there may be a brief period while the existing website addresses are updated to redirect to the new sites. Once this process is complete, your usual school website address will automatically take you to the new website.

In the meantime, you can access your school website directly through our Find a School page. Simply select your school to be taken to its new website.

Previous school mobile apps will no longer be used for the upcoming school year. Based on feedback from parents and caregivers, we have transitioned to a new provider to offer an improved and more user-friendly experience. Information about when and how to download the new District app will be shared with families closer to the start of the school year.

These are significant changes, and we appreciate your patience and understanding as staff become familiar with the new websites and tools.
