Call for Exhibitors: SOOKEARAMA 2026 Community Showcase
The District of Sooke and the Sooke Lions Club invite local businesses, entrepreneurs, and community organizations to participate in SOOKEARAMA 2026, taking place Saturday, April 18, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at SEAPARC Arena (2169 Phillips Road).
Sookarama is Sooke’s annual community trade show, bringing together more than 80 local businesses and organizations to showcase the products, services, and programs available in our community. The event also features door prizes, live entertainment, and a Lions concession, creating a lively, family-friendly atmosphere that attracts hundreds of local residents.
Local businesses and community groups are encouraged to reserve a booth and share what they offer with the community.
Exhibitor Details
- Booth spaces are approximately 10 ft x 10 ft bare spaces
- Entry fee: $120 per booth
- Vendors are responsible for their own booth setup and displays
- Setup begins at 7:30 a.m., with booths open to the public from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Exhibitors are encouraged to create engaging displays, offer product demonstrations, or host draws at their booths to connect with attendees.
There are fewer than 25 exhibitor spaces remaining, so interested participants are encouraged to reserve their spot soon.
