INFORMATION BULLETIN: No 2025 Tax Sale
Friday, September 26, 2025 – The District of Sooke is pleased to announce that there will be no Tax Sale for 2025.
A Tax Sale is a public auction of properties with delinquent taxes, which refers to unpaid property taxes from two years prior to the current year. As the District currently has no properties with delinquent taxes, there will be no Tax Sale on Monday, September 29, 2025.
Correction: Should a tax sale have proceeded, it would have occurred on Monday, September 29, 2025 and not Wednesday, October 1, 2025 as previously indicated.
