Moving Together: Regional Transportation Plan (CRD)
The District of Sooke is sharing the following information from the Capital Regional District:
The Capital Regional District (CRD) is developing a new Regional Transportation Plan (Plan), which will guide how people and goods move throughout the region for the next 30 years. To help inform the Plan, the public is invited to share their experiences and transportation priorities in an online survey.
Transportation affects everyone, influencing access to jobs, education, healthcare, housing, and recreation, as well as affordability, safety, and quality of life. As our region continues to grow, this Plan will support coordinated decisions on future transportation priorities and investments.
From June 15 to July 5, 2026, residents, businesses, students, organizations, and visitors are invited to complete a short online survey at GetInvolved.crd.bc.ca/MovingTogether.
Your feedback will help:
- Identify transportation priorities and concerns
- Better understand experiences across communities
- Inform future goals and directions
- Ensure diverse needs are reflected
Have your say and help shape the future of transportation in our region. Visit GetInvolved.crd.bc.ca/MovingTogether to take the survey and learn more.
