Public Notice: 2025 Annual Report - June 22, 2026 Council Meeting

The District of Sooke Council will consider the 2025 Annual Report at a Regular Council Meeting to be held on Monday, June 22, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in Council Chambers, 2225 Otter Point Road, Sooke, BC.

The purpose of this agenda item is to provide the public with an opportunity to make submissions and ask questions about the 2025 Annual Report. The Annual Report is available for public review at Sooke Municipal Hall, 2205 Otter Point Road, Monday to Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., excluding statutory holidays, and on the District website at www.sooke.ca.

Questions and feedback on the draft 2025 Annual Report must be received no later than 12:00 p.m. on June 22, 2026. All correspondence submitted will form part of the public record and may be included in the meeting agenda published online. Comments may be submitted by:

• Emailing comments to corp@sooke.ca;
• Mailing or delivering comments to 2205 Otter Point Road, Sooke, BC V9Z 1J2; or
• Placing written comments in the drop box at Municipal Hall, 2205 Otter Point Road.

Alternatively, you may speak to the 2025 Annual Report in person during the public input opportunity at the meeting.
