Smoke Visible from Brush Fire Outside District of Sooke

Sooke Fire Rescue is aware of a small, low-intensity brush fire outside the District of Sooke’s boundaries. The fire is under the jurisdiction of BC Wildfire Service, which is responding.

Residents may notice smoke in the area; however, there is no concern for residences within the District of Sooke at this time.
