Sooke Region Mental Health Fair on October 4, 2025

Thursday, October 2, 2025 – This Saturday, October 4, 11am to 4:30pm, the Sooke Region comes together for a powerful community conversation on mental health. The Sooke Region Communities Health Network (SRCHN) Mental Health Fair invites residents to gather for a free event dedicated to exploring local solutions and supports.

This year’s theme, Anxiety Disorders, reflects one of the most common challenges across all ages. From children navigating school pressures to adults balancing work and family life, anxiety touches many lives in our community. The fair offers a chance to learn, share, and connect – and to remind one another that no one has to face these challenges alone.

Visitors can look forward to workshops, local resources, expert voices, food, music, and plenty of opportunities to connect with services and neighbours. It’s a gathering designed not just for learning, but for building resilience and support across the region.

Whether you’re looking for information, inspiration, or simply a welcoming space to talk about mental health, the Mental Health Fair is a place to find it.
