Sooke Spook Returns at the Sooke Region Museum on Saturday, October 25

Tuesday, October 21, 2025 – Shadows are lengthening over the museum grounds, pumpkins are being carved, and a few friendly spirits are stirring — Sooke Spook is back!

On Saturday, October 25 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., the Sooke Region Museum will once again transform into a Halloween playground filled with music and plenty of community fun. Admission is free, and families of all ages are invited to dress up and join the festivities.

A favourite local tradition, Sooke Spook continues to evolve each year — bringing new activities, displays, and interactive experiences to delight visitors of all ages. The museum’s forested trails and historic buildings will be glowing with festive lights and just the right touch of Halloween magic, creating an atmosphere that’s more fun than fright.

Guests can enjoy displays and festivities, and delicious food available for purchase on-site. Costumes are encouraged, and visitors are invited to explore the museum grounds.

Whether you come as a witch, a superhero, or something wonderfully wild (and family-friendly), Sooke Spook promises a playful evening that celebrates community, imagination, and the spirit of the season.

Gather your crew, follow the lanterns, and see what Halloween magic awaits — if you dare!
