Traffic Advisory: Wounded Warriors Canada Sooke-to-Sidney 1-Day Run on February 1, 2026

Motorists are advised of intermittent traffic delays on Highway 14 on Sunday, February 1, 2026, due to the Wounded Warriors Canada Sooke-to-Sidney 1-Day Run.

Delays are expected between approximately 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. on Highway 14 from Otter Point Road to the four-lane section as runners, accompanied by first responder and support vehicles, travel from the Sooke Legion toward Langford. Delays will move with the group as the run progresses.

This event raises awareness and funds in support of mental health programs for veterans, first responders, and their families across Canada.

Motorists are asked to plan extra travel time, follow traffic control directions, and exercise patience to ensure the safety of participants.
