Local Businesses Invited to Join the Sooke Business Directory

The District of Sooke is preparing to launch a new online Business Directory in October 2026 and is inviting eligible local businesses to submit their information.

The directory will make it easier for residents, visitors and other businesses to discover the products, services and experiences available in Sooke.

Businesses with a current, valid District of Sooke business licence can submit their information at:

sooke.ca/businessdirectory

The directory may include retailers, restaurants, professional services, trades, contractors, home-based businesses, tourism operators, accommodation providers and other licensed businesses operating in Sooke.

Businesses are encouraged to provide complete and current information, including their:

• Business name and category;
• Contact information;
• Website and social media links;
• Business location or service area; and
• Description of products or services.

Information submitted will be reviewed by the District before publication. Submission does not guarantee inclusion, and a current District of Sooke business licence must be maintained for a listing to remain in the directory.

Businesses that have already submitted their information do not need to submit it again.
